Blue Sky Hotel opened its doors in 2001 with only 6 rooms, no electricity, and sandy floors.
A couple of years later we decided to take a step up and turn it into the “Hidden paradise in the Riviera Maya”.  We built a swimming pool, opened a Restaurant, and in 2009 we built the best and authentic Brick Oven Pizza.

Today we view ourselves as more than just a place to stay.  We like to think of it as an experience.  Whether you have come for a relaxing getaway, to enjoy the sun and water sports, or for the allure and mystery of the Mayans we have something for you.

Blue Sky Mexico Hotel is situated on the shores of Tankah on the Mayan Riviera.  By car, it is two hours south of Cancun and ten minutes north of Tulum.  The hotel prides itself on a perfect mix of luxury and rustic.  And being a smaller boutique style hotel it is able to offer a tranquil and refined setting that many of the massive all-inclusives miss.
